We can help you make it happen.

Conflict is as natural as breathing.  Too often people learn to solve problems competitively, with emotional, or even physical violence.  There is another way to get what you want.  Mediation - it works!

Mediation is a cooperative problem solving process.  It helps people identify the main, and often underlying issues.  The focus then shifts to the problem and everyone works to solve it.

Mediators remain neutral and don't take sides.  They are process oriented, and encourage good listening, respect for differences, and understanding opposing points of view.  Mediation is a process that provides people the opportunity to reach agreements when they can, and tolerate their differences.

It involves a cooperative and non-violent strategy that values good listening and communication skills.  Agreements are mutually negotiated rather than arbitrarily imposed.  The goal is to focus on the problem and cooperatively create a solution that works.

We help create a safe atmosphere where people learn to work cooperatively, and develop their own solutions problems - with the help of skilled mediators.  The result is almost always mutual agreements that all sides can live with.
