Family Issues

Peace It Togethertm  programs for family members, family businesses, and partners.  Resolution to your issues.  When you're really ready to sit down and work it out.

Specializing in the peaceful resolution of Family related issues

Mediation is not counseling... just good, sensible, lasting help.  People learn to solve today's problems together.  The mediation process also teaches you how to deal with future issues before they become larger problems.

You have the power to resolve differences, and I help you make it happen.
Working with adults and their adult children
We understand the issues faced by people as they grow older, as well as the people around them.  We can respectfully work with you to try to heal family issues; deal with the changeover of a family owned business; resolve issues you may face with your parents or your adult children, and issues that may seem overwhelming.
We can coach or mentor you in your peacemaking adventure; facilitate face-to-face meetings; mediate disputes.  We can teach you, your family, or your organization the skills necessary to work on your own issues.  We will sit down and work out the best plan of action for you and your circumstances.
We are sensitive to issues faced by people living together as roommates; as domestic partners, or when children are involved.  We have worked closely with "blended" or step-family relationships; child visitation issues, and foster care.
We understand many of the conflicts and issues faced by people of different faith practices, gender, life-styles, race and sexual orientation.

We continue to work with:

  • Parents and their adult children

  • Family businesses

  • Older adults- when mom or dad need help

  • Senior issues

  • Domestic partners
  • Family and step-parent relationships
  • Child visitation
  • Youth issues with parents, guardians, and foster parents
  • Teenage pregnancy - runaways - truancy
  • School, chores, jobs, social life and peer issues for adults and their children
